Process Vessels and Towers

Critical path process vessels require extended reliability to handle the aggressive reactions taking place. ErgonArmor's brick mortars, membranes, polymer linings and Novocoat™ high performance novolac epoxy linings are proven to handle some of the most aggressive chemistry and temperatures such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hot brine make up tanks running at 250°F (121°C) and molten sulfur pits using our silicate concrete over flexible membranes. High temperature applications up to 235°F (113°C) are handled by some of our silicate mortars while lower temperatures are slated to use one of our resinous furan or vinyl ester mortars.
